Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of wbnsandals.com and every purchase of womens shoes made through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the site or purchase any product from Wai Min Limited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Products, Descriptions, and Order Acceptance
All womens shoes offered on wbnsandals.com are described as accurately as possible. Colors, textures, and finishes may appear differently depending on the display device used. Product availability changes continuously, and listing a product does not guarantee stock. An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order request only. A contract of sale is formed only when Wai Min Limited dispatches the goods. Wai Min Limited may decline or cancel any order before dispatch.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and must be paid in full before dispatch. Payment is accepted through the payment methods presented at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment instrument submitted with your order. Wai Min Limited is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.
Shipping
Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and do not form a contractual guarantee. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery, while ownership transfers only upon full payment. Verify your shipping address before submitting an order. Wai Min Limited is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses supplied by you.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any eligible womens shoes order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact Wai Min Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt and state your order number. Shoes must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by you, or missing components are not eligible for a no-reason refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
Refund Processing Time
Once Wai Min Limited receives and inspects the returned goods, the refund is approved or declined. Processing a refund and having the funds arrive in your account takes at least 14 days from the date the return is received. This period is required for inspection, internal approval, and transmission through the payment network. Bank processing times vary, and Wai Min Limited does not control the final posting of funds by your bank.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to reach your PayPal account after Wai Min Limited receives the returned goods. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Where the law of your jurisdiction imposes a longer mandatory settlement period, that longer period applies.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted. Submit your claim to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective shoes and packaging. Verified claims are resolved by replacement, repair, or refund at the discretion of Wai Min Limited.
Intellectual Property
All content published on wbnsandals.com, including product photography, written descriptions, graphics, and page design, is owned by or licensed to Wai Min Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of that content for commercial purposes without written permission from Wai Min Limited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to submit false orders, use automated tools to extract site content, attempt to interfere with site security, or resell products purchased from Wai Min Limited in a manner that misrepresents their origin. Wai Min Limited may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to these Terms, your use of wbnsandals.com, and any purchase made from Wai Min Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Wai Min Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The total liability of Wai Min Limited for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.
Changes to These Terms
